The Swisher Memorial Hospital Foundation was established in 2007 to support Swisher Memorial Hospital an accredited 20-bed critical access hospital. Located in Tulia, Texas, the hospital has served the health needs of Swisher County and surrounding area for more than 85 years. In partnership with physicians and other regional healthcare providers, Swisher Memorial Hospital provides superior healthcare services to meet the needs of the nearly 8,000 citizens of Swisher and surrounding counties.

Donations to the Foundation are used to fulfill some of the critical needs of the hospital. Projects considered for funding include capital improvements to the facility, new or replacement equipment and technology, enhanced and additional patient services and community health education.

Swisher Memorial Hospital Foundation is governed by a board of trustees consisting of employees, d rectors and community members responsible for operations and fund management

Generous support from individuals and businesses enable the Foundation to give to the hospital to enhance patient care and fulfill its commitment to building a healthier community.

Ways To Contribute

As a 501(c) 3 organization, your gift to the Foundation may be tax deductible. There are many ways to donate: gifts of cash, persona property, real estate, life insurance, appreciated securities, life estate, annuity or endowments.

Annual Giving include both one time and ongoing yearly contributions. This is an opportunity for you to invest financial resources to support Swisher Memorial Hospital's mission.

Tribute Gifts

Tribute Gifts can be given "in honor of" as a special thank-you to family members, doctors, caregivers, friends or co-workers.

You may give a gift for an anniversary. holiday, birthday or other special occasion. A special note will be sent to individuals being honored by your contribution. The gift amount will remain confidential and you may elect to remain anonymous.

Memorial Gifts

Memorial Gifts are a way to remember someone in a unique way. Memorials can be made to the Foundation in lieu of flowers as a special way to honor a loved one at the time of death. An acknowledgement will be sent to the family or individual you designate, with the amount of your gift remaining confidential.

Planned Gifts

Planned Gifts after death are another way to support the ongoing needs of the hospital. There are many ways to donate possessions and assets.
